Can't say it was done there because can only say they weren't they there when I brought car in and were there when I left. Would have brought right back but had appointment and then work. Can't prove anyone there did it and they may not have even known they did. Can only see from inside car and faint. Will be seeing if I can do something about it myself. Other then that was very satisfied. Thanks

Made an appointment for service on Wednesday at 12 noon. I called at 4PM and they hadn’t even looked at my car yet. What is the point to make an appointment.
I was without my vehicle for 2 days. If they didn’t have time for my car they should have told me, so I could come back another time. This is a big issue related to customer service.
