We had an unusual problem with our transmission BUT Kia (the company) has very strict policies against problem resolution by demanding that we leave our vehicle for numerous days so that Kia can determine what the problem is. Totally unacceptable!
We recently bought a used Toyota Prius and had no problems with fixing a major problem.
If Kia wants to keep its name in good standing, we expect much better service!

The Kia team is always very kind and helpful. They work around our schedules and do what it takes to make sure our car is well taken care of. Mr Samuel and his team made sure our experience was a great one and walked us thru every aspect of what they did to our car. They even shuttled us to a restaurant so we could enjoy lunch while they were servicing the car and called when it was finished. It went quick and smooth.
