Tori as always was great. However, it took a total of 3 months (combined service appointments) to get my car fixed. Very disappointed that they offered me $2000 less than I owed on the car to buy it back. I’ve bought and leased 4 Kia’s at Matt Blatt. I will have to think twice before getting another one, especially since my wife’s lease is coming to an end soon.

Everybody was nice, but the length of time it took to get the part in was not to long and when we showed up for our appointment we were told that we didn’t have one… luckily they were able to fit us in. Also we were approached by two sales people while we waited 1.5 hours for what seemed like a simple fix.
