She did an excellent job from the moment I pulled into the service bay, to the moment she walked me out to my vehicle after they where done. She kept me informed all the way through!

The staff was on tvime (I was the first appointment on a wicked weather day), they explained what they were going to do (it was a recall repair), showed me to the waiting room, offered me a variety of freshly made coffee and snacks. And when the repairs were finished (in a much shorter time then they anticipated) a staff member walked me out to my car in weather to make sure I didn’t fall. A wonderful experience start to finish.
