Gene was great. Everyone I spoke with I. The service department was so very friendly and pleasant. Making the hour drive to Murphy for service seems to be worth it for the future.

My headlights shut of by themselves while driving at night. A HUGE safety hazard, but because the issue cant be duplicated in the shop you wont fix it for me. It is a known issue on the Kia forum with the 2016 Optimas. I will not be purchasing another Kia on principle alone. Not cool at all. Gina was polite as always.
