My entire interaction from arrival to final departure was fantastic! Extremely personable and transparent about work that needed to be done/had already been done rather than just trying to upsell me the whole time. I would come back again specifically because of him.. also, Michael was the one to process my payment and was a great interaction I was. I’ve worked with a few different people at the Covina Kia dealership. Whatever you gotta do keep them all there! Well worth it

I searched around for dealership that would take my car in for service. Everyone said they were booked and just brushed me off and we’re very rude. After searching around at every dealership in the inland Empire I finally found somebody who was polite when he answered the phone And introduced him self. Listen to my situation and my needs and got me in there as quick as possible. He took the time to listen to my situation instead of brushing me off and telling me they just didn’t have the time. He gave me pacific instructions on where to take my car and he made my appointment he answered my question the day of towing my car in and kept me updated with everything that was going on all the way until the tow truck off there he assured me my car was secure and safe. I will only take my car back to Covina Kia for any other needs I need for my car!

Random part starts hanging from front of our LEASED 2021 kia k5… i call KIA roadside. Explain to them. They say it’s winch service. When I didn’t need any type of winch. They charge me $225 for the guy to just come and rig the piece up til we can get to kia. Day & a half later I take the car to kia. They can’t get my money back. They say we are the ones that damaged it & they can’t help. Then try to charge me $450 to fix it. Long story short u pay for coverage TO NOT BE COVERED!
