When I took in my car for my appointment no one told me it was going to take 2 days. I understand that Kia was short on staff, However, the only reason I knew that my car wasn’t ready was because I kept on calling since no one was calling me. The person taking care of my car was always at lunch regardless of what time I called. I called at 12 and he was at lunch, I called at 1:30 and he was at lunch, I called at 3:00 and he was still at lunch. The lack of communication was incredibly unprofessional and plain rude.
