They didn't do the diagnostic I asked for. My car is still having starting issues. I took a day off work to take it in now I need to take it in again.

I was completely satisfied with the care and service that Jonathan gave, and the outcome of my car. Jonathan was very attentive and updated me along the way. The only draw back and concern I have, is that when called to make my appointment, I asked if my first free service would be honored since I bought the car at Pomona Kia. I was told yes, since we're all Kia. That wasn't the case when I arrived for my appointment.

$93 for an oil change is criminal. 3.5% surcharge for cc charge is not for a large dealership like yours. You are nickel and dimeing long time customers and you will start to lose them. Smartin up.
