Got almost home when I realized they didnt check if the windshield wipers were working before they sent the car home with me. It is obvious they didnt check as the front windsheild was still dirty. Had they checked if they worked Id imagine the windsheild would have been clean when I drove it off just from them checking it.. I dont even think they put any windsheild wiper fluid in there to begin with, & this is after sitting and waiting for almost 4 hours. It was extremely unsafe to have to drive home without windshield wipers & I don't think it is safe to drive it back to the dealership without its windshield wipers functioning at all.

I brought my vehicle in for a new noise. I was told that a GDI service would and did correct my problem. I picked up my vehicle and the issue was still present. I am not happy. The remedy I was offered was to leave my vehicle again to be re looked at which I was again not happy with.

When I brought my vehicle in on Monday morning, October 24th, I was told Jonathan would be the agent helping me with my car. However, when I went inside Adam was actually the agent that assisted me. There were several people waiting in line but only two agents working that morning. Adam remained polite and patient while maintaining efficiency. As a customer, it is important to have service that is knowledgeable, professional as well as courteous and I received all that and more from Adam. He is an asset to the service department and I appreciate his workmanship.
