Had a scheduled appointment for recall issue. I took the day off of work, Drove from Upland to Covina for the repair. When I arrived I was told they didn’t have the parts. Unbelievable! I specifically told them why I called for the appointment. What’s the point of making an appointment? They knew I was coming, the parts should have been ordered when I scheduled the appointment! Waste of my time and missed a day of work!
