I was extremely dissatisfied with the shuttle service provided.
I was originally told it would be approximately 3 hours for my service repair. I then waited over an hour to have the shuttle take me to the mall & then I was there less than an hour or approx an hour when I rc'd the message that my car was now ready. Unfortunately it was well after 2pm when I was finally picked up from the mall. I did not leave your location until roughly 3pm. I felt completely stranded. I spent over an hour and a half wasting my time looking out a window for the shuttle to come get me. I will not ever use this service again & wish I hadn't used it today.

Stacy was awesome. She as she went above and beyond any service professional should. She was very knowledgeable and hard-working. she answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns very professionally and made me feel like I was a valued customer. I have been to Kia service department before and didn't get even close to the customer satisfaction that she provided me today. On a scale from 1 to 10 I would give her an 11.
