When I went in Kia since I'm a female I talked in the morning my charger that I bought you bought a year ago they told me that I wrote it with it with flat and I said I did not and they argue with me then when my husband came in there which was which is Phil and he spoke to them they changed the tone of voice and to get my tire service it took over 3 hours to make sure that it was all cover for warranty and they need to take off the tire when I found out that which I don't understand it took 3 hours that they called me gave me the price and I said okay and then they said withey were send that person to pick me up and it took an hour to get me when I'm only 5 minutes away then when I want them he did not stated Andy did not stated that somebody was taking my car out to do that to move it and there was another vehicle blocking my vehicle and they told me that I would have to wait so no I'm not happy with your service as this at this time
