Kia is lucky to have such a great member on their service team. David is always so informative and polite he is the only person I like to have work on my car because I know I can trust him. He always answers all my questions and does everything he can to give me the best service possible.

I was asked if I needed a car wash I stated yes and was in the order too, came to pick it up and no wash they took it back and I came back 20 min later and the car was not really washed... as if they didn't care the top was still dirty the sides too looked like they didn't give a rats behind if it were clean or not the bottom and bumper still dirty...didn't expect to be rushed out that quick I opted to wait since I knew it was as a busy Saturday and no appointment I said it was fine now I wonder if they really did my oil change or even rotated my tires since it seems like they didn't wash my car they were in a hurry to push it out unacceptable they still had the audacity to say it was hand washed what a joke there still dirt on the sides looks to me like they just sprinkled water on it
