My father went in and purchased a new battery and the employees did not bother to assist him in installing the battery and he was in the sun and almost fainted. Please train your employees to assist your customers in the correct manner especially if they are seniors.

Richard was very helpful. He dug into a recall problem, and called me back when he said he would. He had a lot attendant run me to work, instead of making me wait on the shuttle, which was super fast and very convenient. The lot attendant picked me up as well. Richard is very friendly, and made sure I knew what needed to be done. Class act for sure!
