Brenda did a fantastic job, not only that I forgot to bring my coupons that have been mailed to my house and she helped me out with giving me a little discount. Did the oil change, transmission oil change, and the colant water change as well. Did at the time she told, which worked out great for me. At the time of delivery off, I expressed the importance of accurate completion time as I would not have a ride to retrieve my vehicle. I droppedy car off around 940 for. 10:00 appt. I was told it would be done at 1:00. I text at 1:54 asking for an update and was informed it would be ready in approximately 40 mins. My paperwork was being finalized about 310. I truly do understand that circumstances can change. But a 2 hour difference without notice is not what I'd call the best service On a side note, if the cars are ran through a wash, I'd double check as mine came home with major gease on the front end. Still love Kia, will be coming back, hopefully next time, there will be better communication. Thank you Brenda for all your efforts. I appreciate it
