I went in to get my car fixed (waited there for 3 hours) only to be told that they didn’t have the part needed to fix my car. As I was leaving, I received a call saying that they did have the part and didn’t realize that it was there. I had to set an appointment that was 2 weeks away (May 6th) in order to have my car fixed. This is really inconvenient for me because the dealership fully knows that I can’t pass my echeck without getting a new thermostat, and considering that I was sold this car with this issue present in the car, I think there is a lack of caring on the dealership end. I’ve had numerous problems with my car since I first got it 6-7 weeks ago, and, unfortunately, I’ve only been continuously disappointed with the services from this dealership.
