Yes the only issue is that is very hard to schedule a appointment online quickly if needed. My service was due and I knew I need to schedule but I did not realize appt were like a month and half out. Then I went to Kia to drop off to get oil change and I said they could keep my car all day. The guy said without appointment he might need to keep my car for two days. They need more mechanics or maybe offer express days for quick oil changes. Just a thought.
