Chris was very pleasant to deal with. He greeted me at my car and walked me back to car when it was done.
I was there for an LOF and also to have someone look at the old pine needles stuck under both sides of the hatchback, under the metal plates. I was unhappy that it was not a warranty item since it seemed like a design flaw to me. Chris spoke to the Service Manager about my concerns. Matt Wright, the service manager, had the pine needles cleaned out at no charge. I was very impressed that he went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. ????????
My car was ready on time and had been thoroughly vacuumed. To top off the great experience, I was given a coupon for a free car wash.
All in all, I was very happy with the excellent service.
