Chris took the time to patiently listen to me during a phone conversation and when I brought my vehicle in, fully explained a needed repair - it was greatly appreciated. I’ve been very happy with the Service Department including Service Manager Matt Wright who was willing to take a drive with me to understand the issue I’ve been having. One suggestion, instead of chips and coke perhaps you could do danishes and juice especially in the mornings. Maybe chips and coke starting at 11. Sams club offer individual wrapped danishes.

I needed to have the clock reset and, stated that when I made the appointment but when I got in my car to leave they didn't do it. I had to go back in and let them know. I just think someone should have made a point to make sure everything was done before giving the vehicle back to the customer.

I was VERY pleased with the sales manager " Chuck" beautiful MAN! Wonderful customer service! Felt like family! But service area failed to check my tire pressure after a simple 1 tire change and now I have to return tomorrow for the pressure to be corrected because ALL four tires are OFF! And there were water spots all over my hood when I left just had car washed before I came in and NO cookie ????!
