Anthony was very short with me and seemed irritated when I asked him questions about the 190.00 cost just to access the problem.
He didnt honor my coupon for an oil change from another dealer. He couldn't explain why I had additional 15.60 in misc charges either. Overall I was happy with cust service
I was given or the charges I incurred to just do a diagnostics. 221.00 for what? I feel totally ripped off.
