Josef was simply amazing. I walked in expecting to save $100 on 4 tires, wait for 2+ hours and the customary vacuum of my car. Because Josef has service my car before, he went above the call of duty by checking my customer discount book and saved me even more money. Living on a fixed income made me question if I should get 2 tires vs 4. Thx God for Josef’s professionalisms and outstanding customer service. He proved that the Customer really does come first!

Some sort of freak accident happened after my PAID for my belts to be changed and the belts popped. Ripping part of the engine. A week in the shop and new parts placed, I was given my car back. 4 days later the check engine light came on. I called Scott to tell him the concern but he didnt bother to answer or call me back. My car still has the check engine light on and I called to schedule a check up. I was told I will be charged a fee to check what's wrong. Total freaking rip off and I will never recommend anyone to Scott or this dealership!! Ever!!!
