Eric Livingstone was great but he had to step in & clean up a bad encounter with Michael Harris who didn't want to take ownership of a previous mistake at an appointment in Jan. 2020. Michael's unprofessional attitude, lack of empathy and poor customer service skills were unlike any other employee I have ever experienced at Kia of Bedford. If not for Eric resolving the issue I would not be returning to Kia of Bedford's service department. Thank you Eric Livingstone.
