The young lady helping me was wonderful. I was just having an oil change, a patch on a tire and a headlight bulb replaced. Apparently the lug nuts were worn on my tire so they had to replace them. Then they had to obtain the lug nuts from another nearby source. I waited for over 3 hours for a service I was told would take 1.5 hours tops. This is not the quick great service I usually receive but Truc was gracious and kept me informed on what was going on.
