Everyone at Valley High Kia has great customer service and are very helpful. Today Brenda Serrano helped me, she kept me updated and my car was completed in a timely manner. Brenda offered me an uber so I didnt have to wait there, but because I live in Barstow I opted to stay and wait. I have been to Valley Hi Kia several times since this is my second car from Kia, I havent delt with anyone that didnt have a positive attitude and great customer service. Thank you!

I Can't believe you charged me $90 just to tell me what I already knew was wrong and didn't even give me a car wash. As for Scott, he is the best damn service advisor I have ever encountered. He could have charged me more for services I didn't need, but he didn't (i.e oil change way under mileage, but right at due date) Advisors like that are hard to come by and very rare so for that I'll continue doing business with Scott and Scott only. Whatever your paying him it's not enough.
