Only 1 person in the accounting area was wearing a face mask. The 2 ladies in the customer service/ accounting area never wore a mask,and the other men in this area wore it sometimes, but usually had it on their chins or with their noses exposed. Very disappointing. I won't be coming back anytime soon

I have taken my car several times, this was the second time I left it for a week and the heater not working issue has yet to be resolved. They can never find anything wrong with it, yet when we’ve had it at home the heater intermittently does not work during the extremely cold season.

I was charged more than the estimate for an oil change and was not notified until I asked about it. A partial adjustment was then made. This was a full synthetic oil change which is good for 7,000 miles, yet the sticker placed on the windshield indicates that I need another oil change in 4,000 miles. I had an appointment but it I waited 1-½ hours. Overall, not a good experience.
