Light bulb for gear shift panel was not in stock and I was not informed until later in the afternoon while my honda was being serviced for a separate issue. The main reason I scheduled my appt 2 days before was to get the gear shift bulb replaced. Another honda dealership had the bulb in stock so we picked it up, paid for it and brought it to a service advisor so it could be installed. Seemed like poor planning that the bulb was not in stock for my service appt.

John was great, as always, and I appreciate his support. That said, I’m still struggling to understand how there isn’t another way to diagnose the ongoing Apple CarPlay issues. It’s hard to believe I’m the only customer experiencing this. Are others being told the same thing? Has there been any guidance or insight from Honda corporate or their engineers? It’s frustrating to have dealt with this for years without a real resolution. I truly hope more can be done to get to the bottom of it.

The truth is that I waited 21 minutes to be met by a service provider in an empty driveway. I was literally the only car at a 3pm appointment. Several people passing by during those minutes mentioned that someone would be there soon. But then Manny saved the day. He went above and beyond to make sure the service was done right and even earlier than expected. I was highly satisfied with his response to my problem and his commitment to customer care. Thank you Manny. You saved the day.
