I wanted to share a bit of feedback regarding my visit today. I’ve always had great experiences with the staff at your service department, and everyone is typically very friendly and welcoming. However, during today’s visit, I worked with an advisor I hadn’t met before, and unfortunately, the interaction didn’t feel as positive as I’ve come to expect.
The advisor didn’t seem particularly friendly, and the overall tone just felt off compared to what I’m used to at Toyota. While I understand everyone can have an off day, I thought it was worth mentioning since it stood out compared to my usual visits.
I appreciate the consistently great service your team provides and hope this helps maintain that standard.

Having had a bad past experience here it is very clear to me that significant improvements have been made at the service dept here. I feel that my advisor was good at communicating with me and the tech. I felt that I was able to get updates regularly and they returned my car clean.

You guys got to get me out here in 1 1/2 hours tops… had an appointment for 10:30 am didn’t leave until 1:40pm…oil change should not take that long, if I would of known that was the case I would have never paid for it in advance in my lease contract and just done oil changes elsewhere…we will see in 6 months if there’s an improvement. Also I just got the car and the service working on the car sent me a video that I needed the cabin filter and air filter replaced. Haven’t had the car 5 months. So in all honesty I felt pressured into getting the worked done. At least wait a year before trying to sell me something. Car has 5,000 miles that’s a first.
