The representative that helped me could’ve been a little bit more knowledgeable regarding the wait time. I asked him approximately how long the service would take and he told me it would take about 1 hour to 1hour 1/2 which I was fine with to stay and wait for the car. If I knew that It would’ve taken longer then I would’ve left and came back. What made me more upset was when I got up from the waiting lounge and seen my car sitting there because it was ready, he must of noticed that I seen the car was ready and that’s when he approached me to tell me that the car was ready. I did notice that he was talking to someone that worked there at the Honda dealership and I felt that he wasn’t taking my time into consideration. I will think twice to go to that dealership. I’ve never had any issues or concerns until Monday. I do understand that I might of read things the wrong with regarding my wait for the service of my car but I trust my judgment.

My only point nothing to do with this service was when I called in a few months ago to say my battery was dead. I was told it was not covered. But yesterday I learnt it was. I went to Costco to replace it.
Anyway feels like someone in Honda dropped the ball on that one
