I was pleased with your Service “guy” assigned as he was professional and followed up with me even after leaving for break. JOE (another service manager) filled in while Sam Tung was at break..
Obviously, NO ONE wants to pay $595 For a weak starting battery but, the problem was so much MORE than that!
