Sam was busy before me, and after me. He had folks on the phone and in person. He answered all the questions I could think to ask and was very helpful. I have one thing I didn’t get a chance to ask about — Items for IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. should I call Sam or just call the service desk number? I found the list after we were done, but I don’t want any safety issues to slip my attention.

Just had two bad experiences with service I paid for that wasn’t completed. Twice I asked for a tire rotation that I paid for and was not completed.
