The reasons I drove and dropped off my car is to Replace my battery, check the other key why it doesn’t work,to get a complimentary multipoint checkup and get some recommendations. Then I received a call from her, telling me my battery was replaced under warranty but my car won’t start even after replacing my battery it’s because the immobilizer green light is flashing and was advised to have it check, and fix the problem and then they can program my other car key but I declined those services and I told her I was able to drove and dropped off my car, I’ll try my other car key if it works. I asked her to do a complimentary multi point inspection and after I asked her if I need to get a change oil.since I haven’t had change oil for almost a year.I told her to change the oil. She gave me the price. I took an UBER car since you don’t offer any shuttle/Uber/Lyft services but I was expecting you also offer alternative shuttle service like Toyota.Anyway, once I got there, she said my car still won’t start and need to do more diagnosis but I declined and told her I will try my other keys. After I signed the invoice for the battery replacement, this man walked me to my car. He used my extra key that I brought with me. And my car was running. He was surprised as well that my car is running but I explained to him that this is my extra and they still have my two keys. He tried both of them but as usual, the other one is not Working and needs to be program. I looked into my dashboard and I don’t see any green light flashing and those other two services that I requested,multi point inspection and change oil were never done. I admire her persistent to recommend services but don’t forget the services we agreed to do. And hopefully you provide a ride (drop off and pickup) for your customer that needs it.

Joshua Martinez was very helpful and informative. Our Pilot was already scheduled on a certain date but an emergency happened and I called Josh and he had no problem adjusting the schedule again.
