I received a recall notice in the mail a few weeks ago regarding a potential problem with the fuel line.when I arrived, Raidenl the service rep wrote up the ticket. I also requested that they perform an oil change and a tire rotation.
After waiting 2.5 hours, I was told that my car was ready. Raidel was nowhere to be found prior to paying for the work rendered. Another service person finalized my ticket.
After leaving the service center , upon approaching the freeway, my car made a loud humming sound and had no power. I felt as though I was driving a loud truck. I also experienced steering issues, which I had no issues with prior to arriving at your service center.
Since I was already close to home, I took my car to the shop where I originally purchased the rim and tires. I explained that I just left the dealer who performed a tire rotation. I was informed that my wheel hubs were missing which I why I was experiencing high speed shimmy.
I decided to call Raidel to let him know that his service technician did not put the wheel hubs back on the front tires when completing the tire rotation. I also discoved why the car sound loud when excelerating. The clamps to the air filter were not fastened securely.
After speaking with Raidel from the shop where I originally purchased my wheels, I decided to return to your service center to have them look for and replace my wheel hubs.
When I arrived I met with Sean Ashbourne. He was nice and quick to respond to my problem. Once he had the car inspected he reported the the missing wheel hubs were discovered and placed correctly on the front left and right wheels.
Look guys! This type of service is totally unacceptable! Not only did you waste my time today by having to make two trips to your service center, but you jeopardized my safety by not securing my car regarding the air filter problem,and the missing wheel hubs, which caused excessive sterring issuess!!
I am not asking for any compensation from you for the worked performed on my car, but know this going forward. I will be sending this issue in writing higher up the food chain. I purchased my car new from the Cerritos location in 2013. I will never allow the Cerritos service center to do any work of any kind on my car in the near future. Also, I will inform friends and family to avoid you service center at all cost.
If your technicians won't take the time to do their jobs right because they are either lazy or rushing to perform their jobs, I can no longer trust that they will put my safety first going forward.
Please have them to take the time to do their jobs right the first time!! Stop substitution quality for quantity before they end up getting someone hurt because they did not do their job correctly.
You guys really screwed up big time with your service performance today!!!

Seth was the young man who Came up to help me when I drove in and I explained I made a contactless appointment as I am high risk for Covid 19 He was very polite and kind to help Get the paperwork to me outside and when I returned to pick up my car He saw me and said he would Let Anthony know I was there, which he did immediately You have two very excellent employees. I also love my Clarity - great car. I encourage people to get one from Norm Revees.
