1st time at this dealership for service as I was not satisfied with previous dealership I went to. I was greated by Raidel and informed him this was my 1st time here and I wanted him to know that my newer vehicle has No dents, dings or scratches. We walked around vehicle together and it was noted nothing was wrong. I also informed Raidel I did not want a car wash after the service was done. Raidel made sure to put a note in the vehicle saying No car wash. I was very pleased and satisfied with the service Raidel provided. I will be back for service and I hope the service stays top notch.

Rafael was very helpful with helping me with the services needed on my vehicle. Rafael kept me informed when I had to leave my vehicle. He explained to me about the transportation services Norm Reeves Ford offers. When I picked up my vehicle, I heard some noise when I turned the AC on high, and Rafael took my car back in to fix the issue which he explained was a simple issue that was fixed.
