Dominic Dillon was very nice and very polite. I have a leased car and received it December 31, 2020. The day before my car appointment I received my permanent license plates. I brought them with me hoping they could put them on my car for me. When I mentioned this to Dominic he said “absolutely we will be happy to do that for you.” I was very pleased with Dominic and he certainly is an asset to your company..

Took way longer than expected. The tech told me they were taking the car out for a safety check. What made me upset was they told me they couldn't find my car! Are you serious? Next time I need service I'm asking for another advisor I trust. Some of the advisors I've had are really not what I expected. Pretty lame. Sorry
