Jennifer is very professional and honest. I called to make an appointment with someone which I don't remember his name but named off a lot of things that I need to be done. Which I already have done with another shop. But wanted to see if I still would be recommend to do those services. Jennifer had your place inspect my car and was pleased with the outcome. She has great customer service and is honest with you. Great employee! I used to go to Hohen Honda in Carlsbad but after being at your location and dealing with Jennifer I will be coming there! Thank for having a great employee! The only concern I have is that there were technicians coming in and out without a mask and salesman wearing their mask below their chin or off their ear. I had my mom meet me there so she can look at some new cars while mine was getting serviced. But she didn't feel that it was a safe environment for her indoors. Regardless of what we personally feel or thoughts on the matter customers need to feel safe. I work in retail and deal with that crap everyday! But please praise Jennifer for her great customer service! As someone in management we don't praise our people enough when we should.
