I didn’t like the attitude of the service adviser my truck need extra work he never called to explain I tried calling and he answered until the 4th call when I asked about the extra service my truck needed he said their on the message you got that was rude I knew that I just needed more explanations and I said okay go ahead and get that fixed he said I will need to bring your truck inside again it was already outside parked for you pick up I said forget it next time. My first bad experience the advisor usually calls me after the inspection and let’s me know if I want the extra work done .
