Once I arrived I asked them to do an Oil change too. They told me they will call me if it was needed. I explained to them that my lights shows 30% but I was there already and I needed done so to please do it.
The decided not to do it and they never called me.
An hour after my car was supposedly
to be ready I went to the service and asked for an update in my car. They told me my car was ready but when I asked for the amount I had to pay for the oil change, they told me they decided to not do it.
I asked why if I requested it and I was already there and they told me to wait another 2 to 3 hours if I still wanted the oil change service. I was there from 9.30 to 3.30 already.
My car was supposed to be ready at 2.30 pm but I had to go ask by 3.30 to see if it was ready and my paperwork was just sitting there.
This is my first time buying a Honda and so many things had happen with our vehicles and the way how Honda deals with customers that I will never go back.

I was misinformed that the part for the air conditioner was available to repair my air conditioner but wasn’t told that they did not had the part until after they had finish working on the car for something else.
Also, the tech that worked on my car kept moving an item that was in my backseat to the front seat. Normally, it wouldn’t matter but I’m not okay with my personal items being unnecessarily touched during a pandemic.
