Let’s start off with I was being ignored and no one was answering my questions when I was waiting to pick up my vehicle. I waited for 1 hour before any representatives came to me. It turns out Ford Dealership lost my keys. I have keys to the building of my job, my house, and my storage unit. Everything is going to have to be replaced which is going to cost me money. After they FINALLY told me my keys were lost I had to wait another 40 minutes for them to make a new one. I wasted almost 2 hours of my day standing there like an idiot instead of them coming clean from the very beginning.

I’ve been going to Cerritos Hyundai for my car needs, and everything I’ve gone I’ve have great service and the employees are nice and professional. Recently I had an issue with my tire I had a nail stuck on the edge which was needed a new tire, I previously purchased my tires from you guys, as the associate let me know they will be insured as well. When I spoke with the secretary she specified I can come in as a walk in, when I got there the front associate told me they aren’t doing walk Ins, but I was told walk in were available. Paul accepted my walk in and assisted me with my tire situation and filed a claim. The claim was taking a wild to respond, I left the dealer Paul communicate twice with me regarded a delay on an answer to my claim, as there was no solution to the problem, I wanted to take matters in my own hands as Paul tired everything. I am three months pregnant frustrated and scared to drive my car especially with a mail or a spare as my job is 25 miles always. Paul was being very disrespectful and stated I should be appreciative that he took me in as he didn’t need to and that it’s my fault I have a child to pick up from school or that I have a job. He made my experience with you guys very disappointing I was in tears upset that someone would speak to me like that. I woke with Cleints and I would never make them feel the way Paul made me feel, very disappointed in his behavior and outcome in all this. Pretty much told me figure it out yourself. My husband and father in law went in to solve the problem as they saw my frustrations as I am three months regnant and stressed. We had another associate assist my husband and was beyond exceptional he treated me respectfully and caring. I wish I could remember his name he really turned things around. Overall the associate said this situation has never happen with claim taking long to respond , they provided a free tired for the inconvenience and solved the problem

Joseph was friendly. I have no complaints about Joseph. My issue was the window that the repair was going to take. I was promised approximately 3 hours I got there around 10:00 but since it was so busy they didn't really check me in till almost 10:30. I was there with my family in the mall explaining to them that it will be done approximately 1:30 but I wouldn't be surprised if they were a little bit longer after I'd give it an hour or so probably 2:30. I was told that I would be giving status but I did not hear anything from anyone. I have to call myself waiting in you a few minutes I spoke to Robert he said he was going to do a somewhat direct chat with the repair and they the repair department should give me some type of status. I still did not receive anything I decided to try calling back in a half hour from the time I talked to Robert. I called back and spoke to Anna she said that she will try to contact Joseph to get status put me on hold and she told me she had to leave a voicemail he did not pick up but I was on hold I finally received a text message saying that my repair was done. So they missed the window by approximately an hour and a half. I'd appreciate it if the window was given a true window that they can actually finish the work needed. I understand it was busy but give me the window of time that it will be done. My kids were already hounding me after 2 hours. I explained to them that they told me 3 hours and they were really busy so I wouldn't be surprised if they go over by a little bit but we're talking about an hour and a half here. I'm sure if I give him the honest window to expect that they wouldn't be pounding me about not having the car service done. I'd rather be given the exact time that it they need to service the car so we can plan our day as needed instead of wondering what's going on and when will the service be completed. I'd rather be told specifically that it will take x amount of hours but I would expect it to be done within that x amount of hours thank you
