I already know the trade in amount I saw 2018 mkz's for 29,000 on your lot My car gives me 46 miles to the gallon You have one Siler Ford edge titanium on the lot but I was unaware of the price Doesn't make sense to trade when my car is payed off

Julie wasn’t very helpful… i kept asking for recommendations and she kept giving me very short answer. Not really answering my questions. Also i got my car the next day i mentioned how i had to go to work and instead of trying to help me Speed up the process she told me i can go back when i have more time after i had mentioned i chose to go that day because it was the only day off i had. This is the worst experience I’ve had here since 2017 that I’ve been servicing my car. It’s sad because this is the closest location to me but i rather drive further for better customer service and where the employees would actually want to work and get the jobs done. Then i arrive and the employees send me to Julie and she’s not even present ao i had to go to the back trying to find someone to help me and the guys bring me back inside and have another advisor check me out. Worst service ever. Don’t think i will be coming again. Regardless doesn’t seem like Julie wants me as a customer

This was one of the worst services I’ve ever had on any vehicles I’ve ever owned. my car is six months old… I shouldn’t be having a problem and your service department didn’t make it any better. I got no phone calls telling me what to do until four hours after it was brought in by tow truck. I called twice and went down there to see what I was supposed to do. The service provider we talk to pretty much told us to go home they’ll call us and no there was nothing they could do for me and if I wanted a rental car maybe I should try the sales people… I finally got phone call saying we won’t touch til Monday, have a good weekend. The service advisor Ricardo called me on Monday and said that they needed to order a part and that it should be done on Tuesday around 1 PM. At 4:30 on Tuesday, my husband and I decided to go in and check on the status of my vehicle. We talked to Ricardo who said I texted you, but he did not and then he claimed he called me, but he did not, because I have voicemail and there was no messages. I then asked him what part was ordered for my vehicle and he said oh there’s no part we just cleared out the Computer code and that should probably fix it. I said you called me and told me I needed a part and he then said oh wrong customer. And walked away. We asked another advisor to speak to the service manager and apparently they were with a customer and had several more that were seeking audience. This is not helpful Honda… This is not world-class service, I wouldn’t call it service at all! Unless service gets better, this will be my first and last Honda and I will tell everyone I know to never buy one because as soon as they get your money, they drop you like a hot potato.

Was very vague as to why my battery had failed. Kept saying perhaps it was a battery defect that it failed. I had cars that are older and still OEM battery. Ever since I bought my car here for a fuel pump recall, my car has been filled with issues.
