This is the second time I came in for the complimentary service. The first time I asked for a car wash they said okay and when I got dropped off they told me if I want my car washed then I need to wait 2+ hours so I told them I’ll pass. This time around I asked them when I dropped the car off if I can get it washed and the lady informed me of course. When I got the text my car was ready I called to make sure and she told me it was washed and ready to go. I got there and it was not washed again.

Mark did great job but the android app disappeared and I had to make a trip back to Honda to get someone to reinstall it. Also I always have lights on automatic and today I realized I was driving at night with no lights. These things should not have happened.
