Initially I was upset because my appointment was at 10:30am and I arrived at 10:20. Almost an hour later it was finally my turn. Unfortunately I took out my frustration on Rudolph. I would like to express my compliments to Rudolph on his excellent customer service skills. He was patient, listened to my tirade in its entirety and diffused the situation. He did his very best to get me in and out as fast as he could. I was able to get to my next appointment with plenty of time to spare. Thank you, Rudolph for your exemplary customer service!
