The gentleman that helped me was fine, however who ever did the work on my vehicle when installing the Air filter inside the dashboard left my dashboard dirty. This is unacceptable! Failure to pay attention to detail to make sure a customer is completely satisfied is obviously not a priority at Norm Reeves Honda. I received a text once my vehicle was ready and I understand that’s your protocol but common courtesy would be great to notify a customer of all other needs that the vehicle requires would be great, rather then have me read your recommendation.

No problem with Jacob but it just takes too long to get my car serviced. I had an appointment for 8am. I arrived on time.. it took thee and a half hours before I left. I had my wiper blades replaced, an oil change and my front brakes replaced. Back brakes were checked but were not ready to be replaced. I live too far to get a shuttle ride to my house so am forced to wait at the shop. Seems to me that if you have an appointment you should have an expectation of two hours max for what was done.
