Sat in the waiting area for 2.5 hours for an oil change. The person who was helping me did not let me know when my car was done. Car was promised over an hour earlier than was given back to me. I had to go ask someone else if my car was done. They were helpful and got me squared away. But to sit in an empty waiting area for over 2 hours when people who came in after me were being told their car was done is unbelievable. Then when finally getting check out, the paper says “please take pictures of all upsells”, so no one came to get me to tell me that my car was done because the rep wanted to upsell me. Instead they were probably just going to wait till that specific rep got back from his lunch or whatever he was doing so that he could try his upsell pitch on me. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service considering I was delayed for an extra hour and a half from original return time just because they wanted to upsell me.
