Manny was very polite and friendly. He was also very professional. He didn’t get angry or rude when I was asking questions or when I was trying to resolve an issue. He is very attentive and respectful I wish other reps were like him. Thank you Manny!!

Andrew was friendly but respectful. Communicated well and listened to my issue. Tried to reach me a number of times to let me know my car was ready when he was unaware I was having phone issues. Offered the drop off / pick up service which was greatly appreciated and the car wash. I have not been back in years because of a Ford problem I experienced, not an issue with the service department but it still made me not want to have any dealings with anything associated with Ford. Andrew’s service and demeanor have changed my mind about that and I will consider coming back for service in the future
