My interactions with Julie seemed just odd for reasons I can't really explain. There was drama that didn't need to happen. Also I was told the car was taken care of but it hadn't been and then I had to complain and escalate and then I was told the part would be in in a couple days but I didn't get a call for like more than a week. So overall it was not a positive experience and I don't think I would work with Julie as an advisor again in the future

Well when I went to go pick up my first car the Ford Edge Sport it was brought up to the front with a different wheel on it from a newer Ford Explorer a 20” wheel and not the 22” Sport Rim which was very shocking to me. Then I noticed that both my cars had received damage underneath on the pinch welds by being lifted up from there and the Sheetmetal had damage on both. Not sure they didn’t use the proper Ford a service tool as body shops use them. I was upset and very disappointed that this would occur at a Ford Dealership and to know that I have spend my own money to repaint underneath the rocker molding on my own time and expense to fix what was damaged on my wife’s 2013 Ford Edge Sport. I have (4) Ford vehicles and undecided to take my cars back or to contact Ford direct in this matter.

My windshield washer spray doesn’t work when the liquid level in the reservoir is three quarters full. Javier refused to let technician to look at it, even though weren’t many customers,saying I have to come in the morning. The time was3:30 PM,so it was time available. My car was ready by 4:00 PM. Not happy at all with his attitude.

It was great service. I bit more than the $200 software update that I was expecting, but it is what it is. I am just hoping this 2000 transmission repair does not need to be repeated. My previous Honda Civic Hybrid needed a new transmission every 70k miles. We will see.
