I came here to b1 service and there was big problems with engine noise and he helped with identifying where noise was coming from and once he identified repair cost was going to be very high, he recommended me to call honda america to see if they can helped me with assistance with repair cost and Michael did not have to recommend me to call honda america and he did it because he genuinely cared about his customer and honda america helped me reduce my final bill by close to $1000.
