Kyle was awesome… He went out of his way to help me set up my digital keycard and even try to set up my iPhone as a digital key. He spent additional time with me. I really appreciated that.

Rosalina was very nice and professional, my problem is that when someone needs time off there should be someone to back up and communicate with the customer. I didn’t know that she was taking time off so when I asked for an update I got no response.
It seems like a system issue and should be easy to resolve.
My other concern was that I was quoted a price about $240 but when I picked up my RAV4 the price increased to about $440.
