The service I was given by Savannah can barely be considered service. It started great, until it took more than 10 days to get a single service provided. Not only was I laughed at by the member assigned to my vehicle when I asked for updates on the time-line of completion, I was also given false updates. I was told it was being worked on when the part wasn't ordered, told it was completed when the part wasn't delivered, and harassed in person by several employees when I went to the service department in person for answers. I asked to see a manager, was directed to an employee who said he was a manager and then laughed in my face when I began explaining my issues and told me he wasn't a manager at all (joined with laughter from a few more employees present at the time.) The end result was a ridiculously high price for parts and labor that seemed more like robbery than successful service on my truck. The only employee that was helpful to me was Armando Alcaraz. He was kind, courteous, provided me with real updates and deserves a raise for the service he provided in a short amount of time. This is the first Ford vehicle I have owned and from this experience, I will never be buying a Ford (or an affiliated subsidiary of) ever again.

My request was completed early and well. I'm very happy with how everything went.
