I know maybe I should have asked questions, but when the guy brought the vehicle to me, I couldn’t think of any questions to ask until I got home. I think these are important questions—so I ended up searching the internet for answers. Questions like how long should I wait before taking my truck to a car wash? Since my truck got repainted, are there any other things that I should know about taking care of the paint on my truck? other than that, the service was fine.

I found it incredibly difficult to reach my case manager Alejandra which turned the week and a half without my car into a far more difficult situation because I wasn’t able to get a a rental car at a satellite location without being able to get in contact with her. Eduardo the service manager became my de facto point of contact and was easier to get a hold of. I appreciate that they held my car while I was out of town and got me a hand wash free of charge but I would have liked better communication and accessibility.

You can ask me in a few days if my car came back without any issues. I can only say that I was pleased With the process and the people. George Razoga is an exceptional team member. His communication was helpful, periodic, and he was very detail oriented. He put my mind at winding that the service part I couldn’t get right away is still able to be installed next week after the order is placed. The service of updating me about the rest of todays’s services were appreciated.
Today George also looked out for me as well. I left in a hurry, and forgot my booklet that logged in my service history. When I returned to the dealership, he remembered what I lost, and also had my booklet tagged with my name on it.
