You’re gaslighting me saying that a brand new Tacoma hybrid that I spent almost $60k on and getting 16.1 mpg is “normal”, and that the sticker mpg is “just a reference”. This after I traded in my 2016 4Runner with 125k miles and getting 16.5 mpg. My driving habits haven’t changed despite your rep telling me that “it’s because the way that I drive.” So be honest instead of shills, because whether or not I ever buy a Toyota again depends on how this bad episode (so far) plays out. And I’ve only bought Toyotas until now.
